These easy healthy recipes are simple, wholesome and almost all of them as fast as they can be. Since I am very busy with two toddlers and our household during the day (plus maintaining this blog), I don't like to spend too much time around pots and pans. I like when I come across recipes that are not only easy to make and delicious but also healthy to eat on regular basis. And if not, I recreate them to be healthy using whole and fresh ingredients.
Even if you are busy with your own lifestyle, just learning to cook (like I was a little while ago) or don't spend much time in the kitchen, you can make easy healthy snack, lunch or dinner in matter of minutes. I hope my recipes can show you how!
