Liver Cleansing Vegetable Soup

This soup is specifically made for Liver Cleanse, but of course you can eat it anytime. It is a pure mix of liver cleansing and detoxifying vegetables, so it is healing and health beneficial. It has bright red color from the beets. The taste is maybe not "to die for" but if you think of all the benefits it has in liver cleanse, it is a soup that will make you "to live for" your health and longevity. 1 cup chopped beets

2 cups chopped carrots

1 cup chopped daikon radish

1 cup chopped asparagus

10 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp oregano

2 quarts (liters) water

1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)

2 T chopped parsley (optional)

Place all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 hour. Depending on your taste, blend with immersion mixer and make it a puree or eat as it is.
