Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Make overnight oats your favorite breakfast. You can create your own flavor. I devour this goodness in the jar!

One serving:

  • ½ cup of milk of your preference (almond, hemp, dairy)

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 T ground flax seed

  • 1 heaping T unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp maple syrup or your favorite sweetener

  • 1/4 cup raisins, dates, pumpkin puree, chopped hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, chia seeds or almond and peanut butter (use what you like)

Place oats and everything in a tall glass or mason jar and mix together. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, take them out and eat! You can heat them up too, but they taste delicious cold. No more cooking oats to have a nutritious meal! They're perfect soaked in milk overnight.

I can't get enough of these and sometimes eat them twice a day. So good and healthy. Forget about buying processed sugar-loaded cereal or granola from the store. Have a real breakfast or anytime snack!

It is a simple recipe, but I love that I don't have to cook and we all have healthy breakfast. Yum! And it is great to make more jars ahead with different flavors, this way you can have little bit each day of the week. Now go mix some oats and try them in the morning.

You're gonna love it!
