Improve Your Life With Sungazing

Sungazing is looking directly at the sun without sunglasses or contact lenses during the first hour of sunrise or last hour of sunset (safe hours). You start with gazing for 10 seconds. Each consecutive day you add 10 more seconds. After 44 minutes of sungazing which equals 9-12 months of staring at the sun, (depending on the level of commitment and weather ) you will be fully energized just like solar charged battery and not have to stare at the sun again.

Every year when the first sun peaks outside the window and summer gets closer, we hear dreadful stories about the dangers of the sun. The causes of sunburn, sunstroke or skin cancer should warn us to put the sunscreen onto our bodies. In fact, the chemicals in sunscreen lotions and creams are causing cancer. We blame the sun for getting cancer, but the truth is, the sun gives us energy, supplement body with vitamin D and help to cure cancer if we decide not to block it!

When I heard about this method in the Kevin Trudeau's book "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About", I was curious to find more information. He claimed that sungazing helped people to heal cancer. Most of the articles lead to mister named Hira Ratan Manek. If you google his name, you'll find out that since 1995 he has been living only on the sun energy and water. He stores the sun energy in his brain.

He says: "If we can control our wants, we can control our fate and happiness. Does your hunger control you or do you control your hunger? Not just hungers for food, hungers in general. If we could exist without hunger, then we would have no suffering. The doctors from his native India as well as scientists from Penn State and Thomas Jefferson University in the USA have independently verified this phenomenon and named it HRM.

According to HRM the brain is able to store solar energy creating the capability for us to access a larger percentage of our mind. With diligent practice of sungazing it can be possible to utilize over 50 % of our brain. (Normally we use 6%-12%, Einstein used around 20%.)

If you can watch TV for 3 hours, why don't you go out and watch sun for few seconds/minutes a day? The intensity of TV can be more harmful than watching the sun in safe hours. And if you believe that sun won't harm your eyes during gazing, you will get better and faster results (as with any other procedure in life). 


There are three stages: 

0-3 months: When you reach three months you will have gazed at the sun 15 minutes at a stretch.The sun energy or the sunrays passing through the human eye are charging the hypothalamus tract, which is the pathway behind the retina leading to the human brain. As the brain receives the power supply through this pathway, it is activated into a brainutor.

One of the software programs inherent in the brain will start running and we will begin to realize the changes since we will have no mental tension or worries. Besides, we will  have the self-confidence to face life problems by means of developing a positive mind set instead of a negative one. We will become fearless since our psychosis will have disappeared so will have all the ills of the mind. 

Once you go above 15 minutes, your desire for food slowly diminishes. Humans have good and bad qualities, which are 2 sides of the same coin. In the absence of the sunlight we develop bad qualities. When sunlight enters the brain, good qualities come into appearance replacing bad ones. Besides, mental depression will go away. Psychiatrists are observing that sadness is caused by lack of sunlight. With the practice of sungazing you will not have depression in your whole lifetime. You will achieve a perfect balance of mind.   

3-6 months: Physical diseases will start being cured. 70 to 80% of the energy synthesized from food is taken by the brain and is used up in fueling tensions and worries. With a lack of mental tension, brain does not require the same amount of energy as before. As you proceed in gazing and as your tensions decrease, the need for food intake will go down. You will slowly be liberated from physical disease since by then all the colors of the sun will have reached the brain through the eye. 

At 30-35 minutes, the human brain starts to develop the capacity to store solar energy. Only through this process you can achieve complete freedom. 

6-9 months: Need for food intake decreases. No one needs to eat more than his or her hunger levels. Hunger comes because of energy requirements of the body, which is a must for its existence. Food is not a necessity for the body to function, only energy is. Conventionally, you are indirectly getting the sun energy while eating food, which is a by-product of sun energy. If there is no sunlight, no food will grow. 

After 44 minutes you are finished, sungazing is complete and you don't have to stare at the sun anymore.


SIDE EFFECTS OF SUNGAZING: Side effects may include decrease in anger, irritability, frustration and increase in memory. And all relief from any type of disease. You rid yourself from physical and psychological ailments. Once the brain is charged, the capacity increases manifold. Enlightenment in spiritual terms is nothing but 100% use of the brain. You develop a corona of energy around you. Diseases won't harm you, even your worst enemy becomes harmless. 

HOW TO SUNGAZE: According to Mason Dwinell, author of "The Earth Was Flat", you can damage your eyes from sungazing just as you can burn your feet by walking on fire. Of course, the common sense plays a big part in this process. If the sun seems or feels too bright, don't look at it.

Last hour of sunset and the first hour of sunrise the sun is emitting virtually no harmful UV rays. If you sungaze gradually, your eyes will not be damaged. Slow and steady wins the race. If you decide to partake on this activity, be very careful, take your time, be humble and document your progress.

There are many different sungazing practices from cultures around the world. HRM achieved his results in a very controlled environment under strict Jain principles (lord Mahavir of Jains was practicing this method 2600 years ago).

  1. Stand on sand, gravel, mud or bare earth. Avoid standing on tar, concrete, granite, stone or grass (grass absorbs solar energy). 

  2. Stand with your bare feet and stare directly at the sun for 10 seconds (without glasses or sunglasses). Each day add 10 more seconds.

  3. You only need to watch sunrise or sunset, both might be too much. You don't need to rush to get to 44 minutes. It is important to enjoy the road rather than the destination.

  4. Always listen to your body and be careful. 

  5. After 44 minutes of looking at the sun, sungazing is complete. Then you can just practice walking bare feet on earth for an hour a day or getting some sunlight for several minutes a day to maintain the solar charge.

As you can see, the best things in life are free. Sun, herbs, earth, wind, water... And their healing powers are free to everyone. But the faster we live, the more we forget about the most powerful and natural elements that created and heal our lives.
